What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda means “the science of life” in Sanskrit. It is the oldest continuously practiced medicine on the planet, originating in the ancient Saraswati civilization of India. This healing system predates Traditional Chinese Medicine, with documented application dating back approximately 5,200 years.

Known as the “sister science” of Yoga, Ayurveda offers a down-to-earth approach to wellbeing that feels familiar, easy, and sustainable.

Today, Ayurvedic medicines are mostly used as an herbal complement to allopathic treatment. But with its ancient remedies trending on social media, discovery of Ayurveda is on the rise.

What is the Akashic Records?

In Sanskrit, the word “akasha” means sky, space, or ether. The Akashic Records are a metaphysical archive of information about the Universe. They contain all past, present, and future realities, and a wealth of timeless wisdom. Tapping into the Records feels like a high-frequency, pure positive energy. This “cosmic hard-drive” is at home in the Pleiadian star cluster, in the constellation of Taurus. (Pictured!)

Many spiritual teachers have talked about the Records through the ages, being referred to by different names, including: “the flow”, “the zone,” or “the vortex”, wherein intuitive information is transmitted at lightspeed.
